E-Tech Repair Terms and Conditions
At E-Tech we cannot take responsibility for the contents of your computer's hard disk unless arrangements for backup have been made. Regular hard disk backups are an important part of responsible computer ownership. We assume that prior to submitting your system for repair that you have backed up all your data. If you have not done so, please let us know and we will backup your hard disk for you as part of the repair service.
Warranty
We respect the warranty of the parts manufactured. All replacement parts we supply are covered solely by the manufacturers' warranties.
Pick-up & Delivery
We can arrange for next day equipment delivery or pick-up to and from our office for a fee ranging from $25-$50.
Payment
Repairs to business-owned equipment can be paid for using an authorized departmental charge number. Individuals may make payment with cash, check, Master card, Visa.
Equipment Pick Up Policy
Please be aware that we have a limited amount of space for storage, and as a result can not hold onto equipment longer than 30 days. If you do not pick up your equipment within 30 days from the completion of the work requested it will be sent away for recycling. We do our best to contact customers by phone or email, but in the event we are not able to reach you it is your responsibility to retrieve your equipment in a reasonable period of time. |
